Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us via WhatsApp at +971585996770.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts this return policy.

4.2. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• The product(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 3–7 business days of receiving the returned product(s).

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.3. Please note that musk bottles are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. as we cannot determine whether it has been used, these products cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
